1. Call meeting to order and take roll call of members.
2. Invocation and Flag Salute
3. Consider appearances from the public.
4. Consent Agenda (A-H) All matters listed under “Consent” are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Council member may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request. It will then be considered separately.
A) Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous meeting.
B) Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the General Fund purchase order list including but not limited to any purchase orders associated with the General Fund such as 911, Street and Alley, Flag, Donation, grant expenditures, etc.
C) Discuss, consider and take action to approve a construction contract with Stossel Custom Welding & Fabrication for the building addition to the Pawnee Fire Department Substation.
D) Discuss, consider and take action to approve a quote from the Railroad Yard Inc. for materials for the substation addition in the amount of $15,660.42.
E) Discuss, consider and take action to approve a quote from MSE,inc in the amount of $5,100.00 for an antenna and installation for the Pawnee Police Department.
5. Discuss, consider and take action to approve purchase orders in the amount of $1005.00
from J and J Custom Fire.
6. Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.
7. Consider Council Members’ Reports, Mayor’s Report, and Department Reports.

C) Discuss, consider and take action to approve a quote from Core & Main for the amount of $8,539.89.
4. Discuss, consider and take action to approve purchase orders in the amount of $405.50
from J and J Custom Fire.
5. Discuss, consider and take action to accept a bid from Quicksilver Utility Contracting in the amount $717,000.00 for wastewater plant improvements.
6. Report and discussion with Matt Coe from Myers engineering regarding the project plans for water and wastewater improvements.
7. Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.
