1. Call meeting to order and take roll call of members.

A) Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous meeting.
B) Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the General Fund purchase order list including but not limited to any purchase orders associated with the General Fund such as 911, Street and Alley, Flag, Donation, grant expenditures, etc.
C) Discuss, consider and take action to appoint Joe Hodges to the Pawnee Housing Authority Board.
D) Discuss, consider and take action to appoint Suzy Knifechief to the Pawnee Housing Authority Board.
E) Discuss, consider and take action to approve a yearly account fee in the amount $1850.00 to be paid to TechTrol for weather monitoring/automatic siren activation through the National Weather Service.
F) Discuss, consider and take action to surplus the welder with serial number 994051
G) Discuss, consider and take action to surplus 1993 Chevy 3500 1 Ton 4×4 Vin#169173
H) Discuss, consider and take action to approve a quote not to exceed $10,000 for a custom bed to put on the Stewart
5. Discuss, consider and take action to approve purchase orders in the amount of $235.00 from J and J Custom Fire.
6. Discuss, consider and take action to approve Edwards Tree Service to perform tree removal and maintenance at Highland Cemetery not to exceed $40,000.
7. Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.
8. Consider Council Members’ Reports, Mayor’s Report, and Department Reports.

Pursuant to Title 25 Section 307b4: Confidential communications between a public body, and its attorney. Concerning a pending investigation, claim, or action if the public body, with the advice of its attorney, determines that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process the claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest.
