1. Call meeting to order and take roll call of members.
2. Invocation and Flag Salute
3. Consider appearances from the public.
4. Consent Agenda (A-I) All matters listed under “Consent” are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Council member may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request. It will then be considered separately.
A) Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous meeting.
B) Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the General Fund purchase order list including but not limited to any purchase orders associated with the General Fund such as 911, Street and Alley, Flag, Donation, grant expenditures, etc.
C) Discuss, consider, and take action to approve $6,000 to be paid to the Pawnee County Economic Development Foundation for the final payment from a 2018 promissory note.
D )Discuss, consider, and take action to enter an agreement by and between the City of Pawnee of Pawnee Summer Ball Association for FY March- July 2023.
E) Discuss, consider, and take action to approve ORDINANCE NO.1086
An ORDIANCE ENACTING Chapter 15, Section 213, establishing costs to open and close graves for cremation remains; Repealer clause, Enacting Emergency clause.
F) Discuss, consider, and take action to approve ORDINANCE NO. 1185
An ORDINANCE AMENDING Chapter 15, Section 15.212 Price of Lots-Opening and Closing Graves; REPEALER; Emergency clause of the City of Pawnee, Oklahoma.
G) Discuss, consider, and take action to approve the purchase of a fountain for the Bath House Pond not to exceed $8,000.
H) Discuss, consider and take action to approve ORDINANCE NO. 1183 An Ordinance amending Section of 7.122 of Chapter 7 of the Pawnee Cod providing water fees and declaring an emergency.
I) Discuss, consider and take action to approve ORDINANCE NO. 1184 An Ordinance amending Section 7.142 of Chapter 7 of the Pawnee City Code providing sewer fees and declaring an emergency.
8. Discuss and possible action to enter executive session. Pursuant to Title 25 Section 307b1. Discussing the employment, demotion, or disciplining of any individual salaried public officer or employee. Discussion regarding Roy Martin Nichols.
9. Discuss, consider and take action to the employment, demotion, or disciplining of Roy Martin Nichols.
10. Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.

B) Discussion and action to approve or reject the purchase order list which includes but is not limited to regular PPWA purchase orders and any other purchase orders associated with the Public Works Authority such as bond funds, Oklahoma Water Resources Board, note payments, etc.
C) Discuss, consider and take action to approve a quote in the amount of $8,000 from Adams Dozer Service for right of way clearing to provide electric relocation for the ODOT project on US-64.
D) Discuss, consider and take action to approve ORDINANCE NO. 1183 An Ordinance amending Section of 7.122 of Chapter 7 of the Pawnee Cod providing water fees and declaring an emergency.
E) Discuss, consider and take action to approve ORDINANCE NO. 1184 An Ordinance amending Section 7.142 of Chapter 7 of the Pawnee City Code providing sewer fees and declaring an emergency
