APPROVING ACTION TAKEN BY THE PAWNEE PUBLIC WORKS
AUTHORITY (THE “BORROWER”) AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE, SALE AND
DELIVERY OF A CWSRF AND/OR A FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
