1.         Call meeting to order and take roll call of members.

2.         Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous meeting.

3.         Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the General Fund purchase order list including but not limited to any purchase orders associated with the General Fund such as 911, Street and Alley, Flag, Donation, grant expenditures, etc.

4.         Consider appearances from the public.

5.         Discuss, consider and take action to approve the purchase of a dump truck for the Pawnee Street Department with REAP grant funds not to exceed $75,000.

6.         Discuss, consider and take action to apply for the USDA Emergency Rural Health Care Grant.

7.         Discuss, consider and take action approve Ordinance #1179 to regulate smoking and the use of tobacco and vapour products on City of Pawnee property.

8.         Discuss, consider, and take action to apply for the FY23 TEST Healthy Incentive Grant for Communities.

9.         Discuss, consider, and take action to apply for the AFG Grant for the Pawnee Fire Department.

10.       Discuss, consider, and take action to apply for the SAFER Grant for the Pawnee Fire Department.

11.       Discuss, consider and take action to amend Ordinance # 1180 “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1.870 OFFENSES, SECTION1.871 OBSTRUCTING FIREMEN-OFFENSE, SECTION 1.872 FALSE ALARM, SECTION 1.873 DRIVING OVER HOSE, SECTION 1.874 PENALTY.”

12.     Discuss, consider and take action to approve Resolution #881
