8. Discuss, consider, and take action to appoint Chris McCray to the Pawnee Planning Commission.
9. Discuss, consider, and take action to appoint Chance Tatum to the Pawnee Planning Commission.
10. Discussion and action to approve or reject the JUS Annual Software Support Agreement for the utility billing program.
11. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve ODIS Server package and support from the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation for the Pawnee Police Department in the amount of $7,550.00.
12. Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.
13. Consider Council Members Reports, Mayor’s Report, and Department Reports.

PAWNEE INDUSTRIAL AUTHORITY AGENDA

4. Discuss, consider, and take action to enter executive session regarding discussion on the J&J Custom Fire lease at 1300 Sewell Drive building. Pursuant to Title 25 Section 307b4: Confidential communications between a public body, and its attorney. Concerning a pending investigation, claim, or action if the public body, with the advice of its attorney, determines that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the public body to process he claim or conduct a pending investigation, litigation, or proceeding in the public interest.
