PAWNEE CITY COUNCIL AGENDA
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation and Flag Salute.
3. Call the roll of members, and establish a quorum is present.
4. Consider appearances from the public.
5. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous regular meeting for February 22, 2022.
6. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous regular meeting for March 7, 2022.
7. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the General Fund purchase order list including but not limited to any purchase orders associated with the General Fund such as 911, Street and Alley, Flag, Donation, grant expenditures, etc.
8. Discussion and possible action to concerning agreement by and between the City of Pawnee and Pawnee Summer Ball Association for period of March – July 2022 as set forth in the amount of $3,500.00.
9. Discuss, consider, and take action regarding the property, weeds & trash and to set a public hearing for the properties located at 801 & 801 ½ 6th Street (Duplex), Legal Description: 1001-00-038-001-0-001-00. Hearing may include abatement and declaring the property a nuisance and a hazard to the safety, health, and/or welfare of the citizens of Pawnee.
10. Discuss, consider, and take action regarding the property, weeds & trash and to set a public hearing for the properties located at 1200 1st Street, Legal Description: 1001-00-059-009-0-001-00. Hearing may include abatement and declaring the property a nuisance and a hazard to the safety, health, and/or welfare of the citizens of Pawnee.
11. Discuss, consider, and take action regarding the property, weeds & trash and to set a public hearing for the properties located at 1200 1st Street, Legal Description: 1001-00-059-010-0-001-00. Hearing may include abatement and declaring the property a nuisance and a hazard to the safety, health, and/or welfare of the citizens of Pawnee.
12. Discuss, consider, and take action regarding the property, weeds & trash and to set a public hearing for the properties located at 1200 1st Street, Legal Description: 1001-00-059-011-0-001-00. Hearing may include abatement and declaring the property a nuisance and a hazard to the safety, health, and/or welfare of the citizens of Pawnee.
13. Discuss, consider, and take action regarding the property, weeds & trash and to set a public hearing for the properties located at 1200 1st Street, Legal Description: 1001-00- 059-013-0-001-00. Hearing may include abatement and declaring the property a nuisance and a hazard to the safety, health, and/or welfare of the citizens of Pawnee.
14. Discuss, consider, and take action regarding the property, weeds & trash and to set a public hearing for the properties located at 205 Ash Street, Legal Description: 1040-00- 002-001-0-001-00. Hearing may include abatement and declaring the property a nuisance and a hazard to the safety, health, and/or welfare of the citizens of Pawnee.
