PAWNEE CITY COUNCIL AGENDA

1.         Call meeting to order.

2.         Invocation and Flag Salute.

3.         Call the roll of members, and establish a quorum is present.

4.         Consider appearances from the public.

5.         Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous regular meeting for November 1, 2021.

6.         Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous special meeting for November 9, 2021.

7.         Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the general fund purchase order list including but not limited to any purchase orders associated with the general fund such as 911, street and alley, flag, donation, grant expenditures, etc.

8.         Financial Report from Linda Bourn of Bourn and Associates.          

9.         Discuss, consider, and take action to accept Linda Bourn Engagement Letter to continue   to be the City of Pawnee’s Financial Consultant.

10.       Discuss, consider and take action to accept CBEW engagement letter to be the City of Pawnee’s Auditor.

11.       Emergency Management director, Marty Nichols, to report on ARPA and FEMA funds.  

12.       Discuss, consider, and take action regarding the appointment of Alice Cottle to serve as the Central Oklahoma Economic Development District (COEDD) Board of Directors Member for the City of Pawnee.

13.       Discuss, consider and take action to approve the 2022 Calendar for Council Meeting for the City of Pawnee.

14.       Discuss, consider and take action to close Pawnee City Wednesday, November 24, 2021 through Friday, November 26, 2021 for Thanksgiving.

15.       Discuss, consider and take action to change the Pawnee City Hall’s hours of operation to Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00p.m.  The Pawnee City Clerk and deputy clerks will remain working on accounting until 5:00 p.m. on Fridays.

16.       Discussion and action on any new business.  New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.

17.       Consider Trustees Reports, Chairman’s Report, and Department Reports.   

18.       Take action to adjourn.

1.         Call meeting to order and take roll call of members.

2.         Consider appearances from the public.

3.         Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous regular meeting for November 1, 2021.

4.         Discussion and action to approve or reject the purchase order list which includes but is not limited to regular PPWA purchase orders and any other purchase orders associated with the Public Works Authority such as bond funds, Oklahoma Water Resources Board, note payments, etc.

5.         Water Treatment Plant & Wastewater Treatment Plant Report by Steve Ready. 

6.         Discuss, consider and take action to purchase a truck for the water department.

7.         Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.
