1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation and Flag Salute.
3. Call the roll of members, and establish a quorum is present.

5. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous regular meeting for September 20, 2021.
6. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the General Fund purchase order list including but not limited to any purchase orders associated with the General Fund such as 911, Street and Alley, Flag, Donation, grant expenditures, etc.
7. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the adjustment in fees for the ambulance employee compensation.
8. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the adjustment in fees for the ambulance run charges. ORDINANCE #1174, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.203 OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE PAWNEE CITY CODE PROVIDING FOR AMBULANCE FEES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.”
9. Discuss, consider, and take action to declare a vacancy in Ward 4.
10. Discussion and possible action to apply for payment for Red’s Energy Services from ODOT Construction Project #STP-159A (034) UT J/P #20314 (06) Utilities, for US-64 Utility Relocations-Water in the amount of $81,484.88 as specified on ODOT form 324a.
11. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject Resolution #870. A resolution for REAP Grant Application for the streets (street department).
12. Discuss, consider, and take on a Median Panhandling Ordinance to be rescinded. ORDINANCE #1175, AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING SECTION 5.412 OF CHAPTER 5 OF THE PAWNEE CITY CODE PROHIBITING AGGRESSIVE PANHANDLING AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.”
