PAWNEE CITY COUNCIL AGENDA
1. Call meeting to order.

3. Call the roll of members, and establish a quorum is present.

5. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous meeting for April 19, 2021.
6. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the General Fund purchase order list including but not limited to any purchase orders associated with the General Fund such as 911, Street and Alley, Flag, Donation, grant expenditures, etc.
7. Discussion and possible action to declare the following items as surplus: One- Surplus Street Department Ford Truck Year 2007 F-350 VIN: #1FDWF36Y77EA41791 Truck only no bed and 1- Utility Bed these items as surplus equipment and to be placed on Purple Wave for Absolute Auction.
8. Discussion and possible action to adopt Ordinance NO: 1169, “AN ORDINANCE SETTING FEES FOR VENDORS AND FOOD TRUCKS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.”
9. Discussion and possible action to approve OMMA (Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Association) Compliance for property located at 308 Granite Street, in the City of Pawnee, Pawnee, Oklahoma.
10. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve Resolution #863 adding Mark Brumfield, Council President, to the signatures cards for the financial institutions for the City of Pawnee.
11. Discussion and possible action to purchase street signs and barricades as per Quote Number 08129054 from Econo Signs in the amount of $4,872.91.
12. Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.
13. Consider Council Members Reports, Mayor’s Report, and Department Reports. Announcement from the mayor.
14. Take action to adjourn.
