1. Call meeting to order and take roll call of members.
2. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance
3. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous meeting.
4. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the General Fund purchase order list including but not limited to any purchase orders associated with the General Fund such as 911, Street and Alley, Flag, Donation, grant expenditures, etc.
5. Consider appearances from the public.
6. Discuss, consider and take action to close Pawnee City Hall on Friday, December 23rd and Monday, December 26th for Christmas.
7. Discuss, consider and take action to approve net Christmas Bonuses in the amount of $250.00 for all 24 full time City of Pawnee employees.
8. Discuss, consider and take action to approve the 2023 calendar year schedule of regular meetings for the Pawnee Municipal Authority, Pawnee Public Works Authority, Pawnee Industrial Authority and Pawnee Hospital Authority.
9. Discuss, consider and take action to approve to apply for the T-Mobile Hometown Grant in the amount of $50,000 for playground equipment for city parks.
10. Discuss, consider and take action to approve a quote from Lee Glass and Window in the amount of $7,890.33 for new entrance doors for Pawnee Public Library.
11. Discuss, consider and take action to approve to apply for a USDA Community Facilities Grant for the Pawnee Fire Department.
12. Discuss, consider and take action to approve to apply for the SAFER grant for Pawnee Fire Department.
13. Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.
14. Consider Council Members’ Reports, Mayor’s Report, and Department Reports.

1. Call meeting to order and take roll call of members.
2. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous meeting.
3. Discussion and action to approve or reject the purchase order list which includes but is not limited to regular PPWA purchase orders and any other purchase orders associated with the Public Works Authority such as bond funds, Oklahoma Water Resources Board, note payments, etc.
4. Consider appearances from the public.
5. Discuss, consider and take action to approve or reject change order #2 for Creek Construction LLC form ODOT Construction Project #STP-159A (034) UT J/P #20314 (06) Utilities, for US-64 Utilities, for US-64 Utility Relocation- Sewer
6. Discussion and possible action to apply for payment for Creek Construction LLC from ODOT Construction Project #STP-159A (034) UT J/P #20314 (06) Utilities, for US-64 Utility Relocation-Sewer in teh amount of $110,809.13 as specifies on ODOT form 324a. (Note: This will be the final pay application for the US 64 Sewer Project and terminates their contract and pays them in full.)
