7. Report and Discussion on city finances by Linda Bourn, Bourn and Associates, LLC.
8. Report and Discussion on city payroll & policies with Jeremy Springer, The Springer Company.
9. Discuss, consider, and possible action to approve Resolution #878 to apply for a REAP Grant for the Pawnee Fire Department needs.
10. Discuss, consider, and possible action to purchase a 1 Ton 550 Truck for the Pawnee Street Department.
11. Discuss, consider and possible action to approve vehicle repair quote from Palmer Auto, Cleveland, OK for the amount of $8,811.29.
12. Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.
13. Consider Council Members Reports, Mayor’s Report, and Department Reports.

PAWNEE PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY AGENDA
1. Call meeting to order and take roll call of members.
2. Consider appearances from the public.
3. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous regular meeting for October 3, 2022.
4. Discussion and action to approve or reject the purchase order list which includes but is not limited to regular PPWA purchase orders and any other purchase orders associated with the Public Works Authority such as bond funds, Oklahoma Water Resources
5 Discussion with Matt Coe, consideration and possible action to enter into an agreement with Meyers Engineering.
6. Discuss, consider and possible action to approve Resolution #879 to apply for the American Rescue Plan Act Grant from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board for up to one million dollars.
7. Discussion and action to select financing package for the purchase of a 2014 Ford F-250 Utility Truck for the Pawnee Water Department in the amount of $25,200.00 as presented by Armstrong Bank of Pawnee and First Bank and Trust Company of Pawnee. This action would include authorizing Mayor Alice Cottle and Tammy Todd, City Clerk as signatories on any approved financial agreements for the City of Pawnee/Pawnee Public Works Authority.
