11. Discussion and action to appoint a new City of Pawnee Medical Director.
12. Discuss, consider and take action to approve Resolution #873, Authorizing OMAG to distribute escrow account funds of $27,480.38 for the City of Pawnee and apply them to the Workers’ Compensation renewal (Police #WCV 140023306).
13. Discuss, consider and take action to accept bids for the cleanup for properties located at 1200 1st Street (Legal Description: 1001-00-059-009-0-001-00; Legal Description: 1001-00-059-010-0-001-00; Legal Description: 1001-00-059-011-0-001-00; Legal Description: 1001-00- 059-013-0-001-00)
13. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve Resolution #874, approving the budget for the City of Pawnee Fiscal year 2022-2023.
14. Discussion and possible action to enter into a second amended service agreement between the City of Pawnee and the Noble County Ambulance District as set forth in . the attached service agreement.
15. Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.
16. Consider Council Members Reports, Mayor’s Report, and Department Reports.
