7. Discuss, consider and take action to approve or reject purchasing a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab Pickup from Bob Howard Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge.
8. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject a 3-5 year lease purchase on the 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew Cab Pickup. (Previously discussed on item seven)
9. Discussion and presentation of proposed new ambulance rates. Presentation by Dennis Walker, EMS Director.
10. Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.

PAWNEE PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY AGENDA
1. Call meeting to order and take roll call of members.
2. Consider appearances from the public.
3. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous
special meeting for August 24, 2021.
4. Discussion and action to approve or reject the purchase order list which includes but is not limited to regular PPWA purchase orders and any other purchase orders associated with the Public Works Authority such as bond funds, Oklahoma Water Resources Board, note payments, etc.
5. Discussion and action to approve or reject an increase in trash rates as a pass through of 3% as increased for the city by Republic and that 3% is to be added to rates the city charges its customers. Effective October 1, 2021.
6. Discussion and possible action concerning Ordinance #1173, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.136 OF CHAPTER 7 OF THE PAWNEE CITY CODE PROVIDING FOR GARBAGE COLLECTION FEES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. (To increase trash rates as a pass through of 3% as increased for the city by Republic and that 3%, is to be added to rates the city charges its customers). Effective October 1, 2021.
7. Discussion and possible action to enter executive session. Pursuant to Title 25 Section 307b1. Discussing the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee. Discussion regarding Nicholas Jenks.
8. Consideration, discussion, and take action on reassigning Nicholas Jenks to a part-time position.
9. Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.
