The swimming fine amount is correct at $20 plus the court cost of $30.The heartbeat of the city council is NOT to eliminate swimming for boaters and others at our lake.
Our discussion and actions at the last two council meetings were to ensure complete safety at our city lake.
Our desire was to make people aware that swimming in or around the BOAT DOCKS was an unsafe practice.
