PAWNEE CITY COUNCIL AGENDA
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Invocation and Flag Salute
3. Call the roll of members, and establish a quorum is present.
4. Consider appearances from the public.
5. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the minutes of the previous meeting for July 20, 2020.
6. Discuss, consider, and take action to approve or reject the General Fund purchase order list including but not limited to any purchase orders associated with the General Fund such as 911, Street and Alley, Flag, Donation, grant expenditures, etc.
7. Discussion and possible action for renewing Pawnee Chamber of Commerce Contract for 2020-2021 in the amount $8,000.00.
8. Discussion and possible action concerning Pawnee Lake. Mark Palmatary will be available for this discussion.

- Lake Permits for Watercrafts
- Enforcing the rules and regulations of the lake
9. Discussion and possible action to review and approve/deny any comments from the 30 day public viewing and public hearing.
10. Discussion and possible action to approve the CIP and Five Year Plan.
11. Discussion and possible action to approve the final invoice, request of funds and expenditure report for the CIP.
12. Discussion and possible action to approve the following forms:
A) Checklist and Beneficiary Report
B) Adoption of the 5 Year Plan
13. Discussion and possible action to approve the closing of the CIP.
14. Discussion concerning some residents in Pawnee building and placing carports and other things on City Property. This is a violation of our easements for possible water and gas lines. The city needs to discuss how to discourage this and deal with the encroachments that have already take place.
15. Discussion concerning Tech Trol’s rent owed to the City of Pawnee and suggestions on how to conclude this situation.
12. Discussion and action on any new business. New business being defined as any business that was not provided in time to be put on the agenda.
13. Consider Council Members Reports, Mayor’s Report, and Department Reports.
14. Take action to adjourn.
